DESCRIPTION: MyProtein Egg White powder 1000 g

The egg white powder contains egg proteins and is made from homemade egg whites, which have 80% protein in one serving. A high proportion of proteins contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. Every 3.1 g of egg white powder is equal to white egg from one medium sized egg.

The powder contains a low proportion of fats (0.1 g) and carbohydrates (1.3 g) so it is also suitable for a reduction diet.

Egg white powder is suitable for anyone who wants to increase daily dietary protein intake and is looking for an excellent source of protein before or after training.

The egg contains everything needed for the initial growth of the embryo - it has a complete spectrum of amino acids. So if you are not on a draft diet and do not avoid every gram of fat, do not worry about eggs. The average egg contains about 6.3g of protein and 5.3g of fat, the beads alone then approx. 3.5g of fat free protein. Egg (yolk) contains other useful minerals and vitamins - B1, B2, B5, B12, biotin, folic acid, vit. D, E, lutein and phosphorus.
