Hard Gainer Extreme has 382 calories per 100 g serving and contains a mixture of four different protein sources which are whey protein concentrate, milk protein concentrate, hydrolyzed whey protein and calcium caseinate. It also contains a combination of carbohydrates with low and high glycemic index such as fructose, corn starch and maltodextrin. In addition also contains inulin and flaxseed. Hard Gainer Extreme is perfect for anyone who wants to increase your daily intake of calories and protein. It recommends to consume during the day as comfortable an increase in caloric intake.
