Instant Oatmeal are made from Scotch oat flakes, ground to ultra fine powder, ready to mix with any amount of milk or water. Each serving (100 g) contains a remarkable range of nutrients that fit into your carbohydrate, fat and protein needs. These flakes serve the body as a slow-release energy source and at the same time provide prevention against the fluctuations in blood sugar levels that usually occur after consumption of high carbohydrate foods.
 
Instant Oatmeal is, thanks to its exceptional content of essential nutrients, suitable to start your day. They are a practical and versatile snack that can be consumed during the day's walk, whether at work or on the go.
 
Each serving contains 4.4 g beta-glucans, which are scientifically proven to lower cholesterol levels in the blood. Since high cholesterol is the most common cause of heart problems, it is a significant health benefit of this product. Each portion contains 11 g of fiber and protein. As the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) states, proteins help to develop and maintain muscle mass.
