Nutritionally and energetically balanced drink with a high protein content. They contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. This dietary supplement strengthens and satisfies when you are hungry. We recommend it in a situation where you do not have time to eat and you forget about a regular lifestyle. DOSAGE:
2 to 3 servings per day, as needed. Mix 30 g (6 large scoops) of powder in 200 ml of skim milk, preferably in a shaker.
