The in-powder powder is intended for the preparation of an isotonic drink. Gradually replenishes energy. It is rich in vitamin C. It can be served cold or warm, it can be flavored with sugar and lemon.
The isotonic ionic drink replenishes minerals that the body loses during sweating, physical activity, sports or fatigue. It is excellent especially for athletes, but also for students or workers.
DOSAGE:
Stir 1 full teaspoon (approx. 8 g) of the powder in 100 ml of water. The caffeine content is 12 mg in 100 ml of drink.
