Beta-Alanine is a nonessential amino acid nonproteinic. In our organism, this amino acid is transformed with the aid of L-histidine on carosnin. If we have higher levels of carnosine in muscle tissue better we regulate PH muscle, thereby increasing our physical performance. With regular use will gradually decrease muscle fatigue and increase the volume of training. We will easily digestible capsules containing 1150 mg of beta-alanine in each capsule and L-histidine.
