Nutrend ENDURANCE BAR 45g. High proportion of carbohydrates releasing energy at different speeds. Contains high quality whey protein. It is enriched with vitamins C, E and B, branched amino acids BCAA in the ratio 2: 1: 1 for l-leucine. Designed especially for endurance athletes. Do not interfere with sport performance.
Energy bar Nutrend ENDURANCE BAR is great for eating during sports activities in a package that will not interfere. It contains a high proportion of carbohydrates, releasing energy at different speeds. Very well digestible whey protein represents protein in this bar. It is enriched with vitamin C and E, together protecting cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin B promotes energy production and carbohydrate metabolism, delivered 2: 1: 1 branched amino acids BCAA for L-leucine for good regeneration and muscle growth.
 
Nutrend ENDURANCE BAR is a nutritionally balanced bar designed for endurance sports, such as endurance cycling, cross-country skiing, long-distance cross-country skiing, or several hours of ironman activities.

USE: 

Eat the rod in portions during the endurance exercise. We recommend drinking each serving.
 
If necessary, the bar can be used approximately 20 minutes before the load starts. We recommend 1-2 sticks (45 g) per day.
