DOSAGE:
In case of preparation for prolonged physical performance, dose 2 - 3 days before expected exercise before bedtime. In case of prolonged or demanding exercise, always take the dose with you and use it if necessary. Maximum 1 monodose per day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage!
Administer by pouring the contents of the vial into the mouth or diluting the contents into water. Once opened, ready for immediate consumption. Shake before use! Any slight sediment is a natural property of the product and is not a defect.

water, magnesium citrate, fructose, glucose, acidity regulator citric acid, preservatives sorbic acid and sodium benzoate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), sweeteners acesulfame K and sucralose.
