USE: Nutrend N1 Pre-Workout 10 x 17 g

Recommended dosage: up to 75 kg body weight and for the sensitive athlete, dispense the dose of 8.5 g in 150 ml of water. Above 75 kg of body weight or high training, mix a dose of 17 g in 300 ml of water. Consume 30 minutes before training. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Usage: 8.5 g = ¼ scoops (or ½ bag). 17 g = ½ measuring cups (or 1 bag). Dilute the recommended dose in water. Store after storage at up to 25 °C and use within 3 months. Use the bag within 2 days of opening. Due to the high concentration of active substances, suspended particles are apparent after mixing in the beverage. It is a natural feature of the product and is not a defect.

WARNING: Nutrend N1 Pre-Workout 10 x 17 g

Food supplement, with sweeteners. It contains caffeine (200 mg/17 g // 100 mg/8.5 g) - not suitable for children and pregnant or nursing women. It does not replace varied diet.
