PROM-IN knuspi Quick flakes 650 g - DESCRIPTION:

Traditional oatmeal in the product shall be supplemented by three other cereals, and rice, buckwheat and millet. All cereals are in natural form, without preservatives, colorings or sweeteners. The product contains no simple carbohydrates, and therefore, is suitable for reducing a strict diet. In combination with a protein product it is ideal for every breakfast.

PROM-IN knuspi Quick flakes 650 g - USE:

Instructions for preparation: a mixture of 50 g (6-8 tablespoons) Pour 150 ml of hot water (about 85 ° C) Mix thoroughly and let stand 3 minutes. After three minutes, the slurry is ready to be eaten. Already cook!
