Whole wheat product. Buckwheat flakes are heat treated and have a high content of natural fiber (7.3%), are flavored and suitable for the preparation of their own cereal mixture. They are manufactured in a unique way to achieve a pleasant crispiness.

Semix buckwheat flakes 1000 g - EFFECTS:

* Buckwheat flakes with high fiber content (7.3%) in combination eg. With yogurt, fruit or milk are a good start to your day

Semix buckwheat flakes 1000 g - ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:

* Fiber - has a preventive effect against colon cancer, helps reduce blood cholesterol levels, favorably affects the function of the digestive tract. Its effects are even more effective with adequate fluid intake (2 - 2.5 liters per day).

* Whole grain cereals - corn grain processing technology for crisp Semix lamella no loss of coating layers of the grain. This creates a truly whole grain cereals that are high in nutritional value and are better for humans to digest. Additionally retained most valuable substance - minerals, vitamins, nutrients, and the natural fiber.
