Semix Oatmeal Cranberry 4x 65 g - Description:

Quick and easy to prepare delicious instant mashed potatoes - cook with. Oatmeal is high in beneficial beta glucans (2.3 g per 65 gram serving = 1 bag) and fiber (6.4 g per 65 gram serving = 1 bag). Loose mix for instant oatmeal with cranberries.

Semix Oatmeal Cranberry 4x 65 g - Effects:

Oatmeal cranberry contains in one portion 2.3 g beta glucans and therefore can be considered a functional food.

* Functional foods - defined as food that has nutritional value in addition to a beneficial effect on the health of the consumer.

Semix Oatmeal Cranberry 4x 65 g - ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:

* Fiber - has a preventive effect against colon cancer, helps reduce blood cholesterol levels, positively affects the digestive tract. Its effects are even more effective with adequate fluid intake (2 - 2.5 liters per day).

* Beta glucans - are soluble fiber, which has on the human body has many positive effects. It has been shown that the beta-glucans reduce blood cholesterol. High cholesterol is a risk factor for coronary heart disease. To achieve the desired effect it is necessary to adopt a beta glucans 3 g daily. Remember to follow the principles of a healthy lifestyle, consume a varied and balanced diet.

Semix Oatmeal Cranberry 4x 65 g - use:

The contents of the bag pour into a bowl or cup. Pour 150-170 ml of hot water or milk and mix well. Allow 3-5 minutes to stand. Porridge is ready for immediate consumption.

Semix Oatmeal Cranberry 4x 65 g - CAUTION:
