Unique mash with a 80% reduced sugar content compared to regular mashed potatoes. One serving contains only 1.6 grams of sugar in a pack! High fiber content! Without palm fat. No artificial flavors. Healthy food that is not cooked. Porridge - 80% is added to beet or cane sugar and no artificial sweeteners, yet pleasantly sweet.

Porridge is nutritionally very rich and great "kick" to the day. Its supporters include athletes, fitness enthusiasts and bodybuilders. Porridge is not just for the fragile young ladies, men's and energizes the body. Cereals are an essential food in our diet.
