Instant slurry from naturally gluten-free raw material with a fiber content of 3% (2 g per serving). Quick and easy to prepare - cook with. Not only suitable for celiacs.

A slurry comprising: 27% millet flakes, rice flakes 17% and 17% buckwheat flakes.

* Fiber - has a preventive effect against colon cancer, helps reduce blood cholesterol levels, favorably affects the function of the digestive tract. Its effects are even more effective with adequate fluid intake (2 - 2.5 liters per day).

Semix threegrain porridge natural 4x 65 g - USE:

Pour contents of the sachet into a bowl or cup. Pour 150-170 ml of hot water or milk and mix well. Allow 3-5 minutes to stand. The slurry is prepared for immediate consumption.
