It is a perennial herb with a stem up to 50 cm high, with blue-violet flowers. It is found mainly in the eastern part of Russia and is also widespread in China and North America. It grows on drier permeable, gravel and rocky slopes. He likes a lot of sun, but he doesn't mind the shade. It is an important honey plant with excellent medicinal properties. The root contains high levels of flavonoids - up to 35% (baikalin, baikalein and wogonin), 1.75 micrograms of melatonin per gram of plant. Furthermore, sterols, organic acids, benzoic acid and over forty flavonic glycosides.

Baikal nutcracker supports joints and muscles, generally enhances well-being, reduces stress, affects blood pressure.

DOSAGE:

1 drop per 1 kg body weight divided into 2-3 doses per day before meals. Use directly on a spoon or in a small amount of water.
