It actively participates in both anabolic lipid exchange (lipid synthesis and distribution) as well as catabolic fat exchange (lipid remodeling). About 60% of the fatty acids in lecithin are made up of linoleic acid, which helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. Dolomite contains natural calcium and magnesium. Vitamins B2 and B6 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and the normal production of red blood cells.
DOSAGE:
Recommended dosage: 1 capsule with food 3 times a day.
