DESCRIPTION: USN Creatine Monohydrate Micronized 500 g

Creatine Monohydrate is a micronized and highly absorbable creatine monohydrate in pure form. Upon feeding at least 3 g of creatine daily, creatine increases physical performance over successive short intervals of high-intensity physical performance. During muscle contractions, it helps to keep the level of ATP in balance.
 
Creatine monohydrate supplement is safe and suitable for anyone who trains at short and intensive intervals. We recommend consumption of 3-5 g creatine monohydrate immediately after training together with whey protein and carbohydrates for maximum absorption of nutrients and improved regeneration.
 
Creatine is a nitrogenous organic acid commonly found in all vertebrates. The highest concentrations are reached within muscle tissue. Creatine serves as Macroergic compound supplying the flash energy mainly muscle tissue where it is needed in a short time to spend a relatively large amount of ATP. Taking creatine supplementation increases muscle creatine concentration. Creatine, to some extent, increases muscle strength, especially anaerobic (short) sports performance. Furthermore, it increases muscle mass, but only by increasing the water retention in the muscles.

USE: USN Creatine Monohydrate Micronized 500 g
