ISO-Gro Whey is a new generation of high-protein drink for building muscle mass thanks to quality whey proteins. It contains essential amino acids and BCAAs. In addition, it also contains a complex with minerals such as zinc, magnesium, potassium, calcium and creatine monohydrate. This mixture is a suitable drink before and after training. Creatine increases physical performance in short-term intense exercise. Calcium supports the function of muscles and digestive enzymes. Zinc affects the normal metabolism of carbohydrates, fatty acids, protein synthesis and the function of the immune system. Magnesium helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion. Potassium affects the function of muscles and the nervous system. ISO-Gro Whey is available in three delicious flavors. Gluten free.
DOSAGE:
Mix two scoops (35g) with 200-250ml of water or 4 scoops (70g) with 400-500ml of cold water. Mix well and let stand for 30 seconds. Take 30-45 minutes before exercise and another double dose after exercise as part of a building program. On a day when you are not training, take a double dose 30 minutes before breakfast and a second dose (35g) between lunch and dinner. For endurance sports: Take 1 dose immediately after physical activity. On the day of rest, take 1 dose 30 minutes before breakfast. Take a maximum of 3 doses of the product per day
