VitaHarmony Vitamin B12 is important for the proper functioning of the nervous system, mental activity, and reduces fatigue and exhaustion. Vitamin B12 contained in the product from VitaHarmony is called cobalamin, a water-soluble vitamin that is important for cell division capability.Vitamin B12, besides hematopoiesis, is an important vitamin for the proper functioning of the nervous system, psychological activity, and reduces fatigue and exhaustion. It also contributes to normal energy metabolism and promotes immunity. Vitamin B12 is important for proper functioning of the nervous system, mental activity, reduces fatigue and exhaustion.
