Magnesium enriched with vitamin B6 is very well absorbed by the body. Magnesium is very important for bones, teeth and muscles, ensures their healthy condition and function. Magnesium in combination with vitamin B6 ensure normal function of the nervous system, reduce fatigue and exhaustion.
DOSAGE:
1 tablet twice a day. Swallow the tablet whole with plenty of liquid. During pregnancy and lactation, the dosage will be determined by your doctor.
