DESCRIPTION: VitaHarmony Omega 3 extra DHA 180 tablets
VitaHarmony Omega 3 contains high content omega 3 fatty acids gelatin capsules, which are designed especially for children from 3 years of age.
Due to the high susceptibility of fish oil to oxidation, we recommend increasing the intake of antioxidants. The most effective antioxidants are, for example, vitamins C, E, selenium or zinc. These are substances that effectively protect omega 3 fatty acids from degradation by oxidation.
Omega 3
Unsaturated fatty acids are essential for humans. It is true that our organism can not create itself. It is therefore essential to eat them. Among the most notable omega 3 are eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), which include this product.
Fatty acids (EPA) and (DHA) contribute to many activities of the human organism. The beneficial effect in adults is achieved at the intake of at least 250 mg EPA and DHA daily.
Fish oil is a natural source of fat soluble vitamins - A, D and E.
USE: VitaHarmony Omega 3 extra DHA 180 tablets
Children from 3 to 4 years: 1 capsule once a day
Children from 5 to 10 years: 1 capsule twice a day
Children from 11 years old and adults: 1 capsule 3 times a day
Swallow the tablet whole and drink plenty of fluid. At the time of pregnancy and breastfeeding, the physician will determine the dosage.

Use the contents only from the undamaged safety packaging. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Not intended for children under 3 years of age. It is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Store in a dry and cool place, in a closed container, out of the reach of children! Minimum durability until date shown on the right side of the packaging.
