VitaHarmony Spirulina belongs to the blue-green freshwater blue-green color. It is a purely natural compressed tablet with no supplements for vitality, immune system and total energy.

DESCRIPTION: VitaHarmony Spirulina 500 mg XXL ─ 450 tablets 

Spirulina (Arthrospira platensis) is freshwater algae that contains all the essential vitamins, minerals and nutrients. Helps to regenerate the body and control body weight. Spirulina has been on Earth for billions of years. Sprirulino has even used the ancient Aztecs as food and from time immemorial it is mainly used as food in Central America, Africa and Australia. It has a broad spectrum of activity and is extremely nutrient-rich. Particularly noteworthy is the content of vitamin A, vitamin K and iron.
 
This micro-plant is rich in plant proteins, beta-carotene, iron, vitamin B12 and rare essential fatty acids GLA. Spirulina offers a remarkable selection of vitamins, minerals and nutrients.

USE: VitaHarmony Spirulina 500 mg XXL ─ 450 tablets  

Dosage:
 
Take 3-6 tablets 1 - 2 times a day for 30 minutes before eating with enough fluid. Beginners are advised to take 1 to 2 tablets daily and gradually increase the dosages to the recommended daily allowance. Suitable for long-term use. At the time of pregnancy and lactation, the doctor will determine the dosage.
 
Storage:
 
Store in a dry and cold place, in a closed container, out of the reach of children. Shelf life up to the date stated on the packaging. Protect from direct sunlight.
