Ideally, curated mix of carbohydrates and protein for muscle mass. Improved Mega Mass 2000 contains more protein, less fat and more sugars - 23 percent whey (concentrate) and soybean (isolate) protein and only 1 percent fat. It contains a unique carbohydrate trehalose, which maximizes insulin reaction.
