DESCRIPTION: Wolfberry Basil - germinating seeds 200 g
Basil is a one to five-year-old plant of the family of the mummy family. It includes about 60 species. It comes from India and other humid tropical regions of Asia, where it has been grown for more than 5,000 years. It came to Europe in the 16th century, most of it is distributed in Africa and South America, but some species are grown worldwide. Humans use at least 7 species for different purposes.
Basil contains mainly essential oils with the main ingredient Methylchavicol (Estragol) and linalool and about 5% tannins, flavonoids, glycosides, essential oils with eugenol and ocim, basil camphor, tannin, cinnamon and other substances.
Basil is an extremely versatile herb that allegedly suppresses sore muscles, improves digestion, harmonizes peristalsis and promotes anti-inflammatory, anti-inflammatory effects. Old healers used it for insomnia and migraine.
You can also sow basil seeds in a box or in the garden.

Hints and Tips
• We recommend sprouting on a spatula or sieve. It is not advisable to germinate the seeds on cotton because we have tasty roots that grow in the wool.
• For longer shelf life, store the finished spoon in the refrigerator where it will last for one week.
