Almond flour Wolfberry BIO 400 g is a finely ground flour made from peeled blanched sweet almonds in organic quality, suitable for celiac disease.

DESCRIPTION: Wolfberry BIO almond flour 400 g

Wolfberry almond flour is made from peeled blanched sweet almonds. Ideal for those who prefer a healthy lifestyle or celiac disease.
 
Almond is the name for the kernel of almond peanut fruit, a fruit similar to nuts that grow in subtropics and are related to apricots and peaches.
 
Almonds are among the healthiest and most delicious foods. They contain a large amount of fiber, proteins, sugars and fats and are therefore the ideal source of energy. They also contain B vitamins, vitamin E (tocopherol) and folic acid. Almond flour is also an important source of minerals, especially magnesium, calcium and potassium.
 
Almond flour is free of sulphites, eggs, milk, gluten, sesame, soy.
 
Made from organic farming in Valencia.

USE: Wolfberry BIO almond flour 400 g

Almond flour is an indispensable raw material mainly for baking, making cakes and pastries, various creams, fillings and desserts, homemade marzipan, softens all sponge cake and dough, but also makes excellent almond milk.
Flour can be mixed with all types of gluten-free and classic flour.
