Wolfberry BIO cane tawny sugar 500 g - DESCRIPTION:
Cane sugar is extracted from sugar cane, which resembles bamboo. This plant grows to a height of five meters and harvest runs from May to June. Cane after mowing immediately transported to a processing plant where it is crushed and thus it gets sweet cane juice. From that is subsequently removed by settling and filtration, impurities and gentle evaporation produces thick syrup from which is obtained by triple crystallization of sugar.
Cane sugar is only different from the white color, but mainly in the way of production, which results in a different composition. Cane sugar is not passing chemical refining and bleaching, so it does not contain residual chemicals. The cane sugar remains residual molasses, which contains valuable minerals and vitamins, but adds Sugar and its typical caramel flavor.
