In terms of nutritional value are excellent! I contain 20 grams of protein and a lot less fat than other nuts or seeds. Only 30 grams. The rest are good carbohydrates and fiber. Especially a lot of the content. Thanks to insoluble fiber should have its unique feature for which you have received me. Just 3-4 tablespoons mixed with a cup of liquid and let it rest (preferably overnight) to give you the amazing consistency of pudding!
