Wolfberry BIO coconut flour has a high protein and fiber content. BIO coconut flour by Wolfberry is gluten-free and defatted. Coconut flour is suitable for reducing diets.

DESCRIPTION: Wolfberry BIO coconut flour 400 g

Wolfberry coconut flour is made from coconut pulp, which after grinding and pressing the oil is ground to a fine powder. Coconut flour contains 39% fiber and 19% protein. It is gluten-free, so it is suitable for celiac disease.

In some recipes, you can replace the classic flour with coconut flour, giving you a tasty dietary dish. When preparing such a dough, add one extra egg to the original recipe.

Most gluten-free flour is almost tasteless, but coconut flour smells like coconut and has a sweet, sweet taste, even though it is not cured.

Coconut is a type of fruit containing white flesh and coconut water. Grows mainly in tropics on coconut palms. It is a great source of energy, used in the food sector as a tasting, but also for pressing coconut oil.

Unspoilt fruits provide coconut water. Coconut water contains proteins, carbohydrates, saturated fats, calcium, silicon, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine, potassium, sulfur, vitamins B1, B2, B6, B3 and C. Average young coconut contains 20% 2 grams of protein, 15 grams of sugar and 3 grams of saturated fat.

USE: Wolfberry BIO coconut flour 400 g

You can mix coconut flour with all sorts of gluten-free and classic flour. Adding it to milk or juice will give you a great drink full of protein and fiber.
