Wolfberry BIO Coconut sugar can be a substitute for refined or cane sugar in your home.
Coconut sugar dissolves very well. Among other things, it contains a spectrum of nutrients such as calcium, iron, zinc or potassium and, moreover, fiber inulin.
The glycemic index of coconut sugar is around GI 35.
How is coconut sugar obtained?
Local natives must cut the palm blossom to obtain this nectar and, after harvesting from this juice, allow the water to evaporate very slowly. The resulting product is light brown to yellow-brown coconut sugar crystals, which have an excellent and full taste with a slight caramel undertone.
You knew that this sweetener has been used in Southeast Asia for thousands of years, but it has only recently entered our “civilized” world.
USE:
It dissolves very well and is therefore perfectly suited to all drinks. You can use it to prepare ice creams, yogurts or desserts to give it an interesting flavor.EFFECTS:
