Hemp seeds contain all eight essential amino acids being particularly high content of arginine (18.8 mg / g). Thanks to their consumption has a beneficial effect on the normal functioning of the heart and immune system.
Wofberry hemp seeds are grown in organic quality and treated against germination drying. They do not contain THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), which is a narcotic substance found in hashish and marijuana, so they are also suitable for pregnant and lactating women, children, athletes, convalescents and the elderly.

Recipe for hemp milk:
• 100g peeled hemp seeds
• 0.5 l of water
• You can add to the sweetness such as dates, bananas, maple syrup, honey (not required)
• You can add to the flavor such as vanilla, cinnamon
Hemp seeds soak for one day in 250 ml of water. Then add the ingredients, which you want flavored milk and mix well. Top up the remaining water and you're done! Hemp milk will last in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
