Wolfberry Cherry - lyophilized fruit - freeze-dried are sweet, full of vitamin C and minerals. Cherry freeze-dried from Wolfberry are like freshly blown.
DESCRIPTION: Wolfberry Cherries - lyophilized fruit - freeze-dried 20 g
Cherries contain vitamin C and are a source of mineral and trace minerals such as potassium, iodine, iron magnesium, calcium, phosphorus or zinc. Consumption of sour cherries is recommended as an adjunct to osteoporosis, hematopoietic disorders or thyroid disease.- Vitamin C contributes to the function of the nervous system.
- Magnesium reduces fatigue and seizures convulsions.
- Calcium contributes to maintaining normal bone and tooth condition.
People have previously believed that sour cherries can bind harmful substances that can be excluded from the body.
Fruit pieces are frozen at first. Then the fruit is placed in the oven. From the consistency of ice, the water passes directly into the water vapor phase and the dried fruit retains not only its texture and aroma, but also the necessary vitamins and minerals which are lost in another drying method.
Wolfberry cherries are GMO free, meaning they do not contain genes from other plant or animal organisms that are mostly used to improve some of their properties. Thus, for example, genes from bacteria are inserted into field plants to increase their resistance, yields, or prolong shelf life.

Unfortunately, we can not say more about this product, as it would be a health claim that we can not publish under Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council. We can only publish health claims that have been approved by the European Commission. In the case of water, the consumer must at the same time be informed that a daily supply of at least 2 liters of water is required to achieve the stated effect. Cherries are not spiced or flavored and can be eaten directly instead of different chips, biscuits and candy, but they are also excellent in yoghurt, pastry, morning cereals, muesli or teas and cocktails.
