Goji - Chinese gooseberry belongs to traditional Chinese medicine, its healing effects are good especially for the human body. It is grown in the province of Ningxia, which is known for its quality Goji fruits. The taste of Goji is reminiscent of a combination of cranberries, cherries and rose hips.

It is a shrub about 150 cm in size. The soil that thrives the shrub is rich in minerals. Gooseberry fruits are classified as so-called superfoods. It contains nutrients and is therefore referred to as the "elixir of youth".

DOSAGE:

Like raisins, goji can be eaten directly in dried form, but you can also add it to muesli, cereals, yoghurts, rice, cakes or various fruit cocktails. If you do not like dried fruit, pour 3 teaspoons of goji with 3 l of hot water, let stand for 3 minutes and strain. Feel free to sweeten the resulting tea with Wolfberry honey, for example, and you can consume gooseberry fruits yourself.
