Wolfberry Goji - The red fruits of Chinese pastry contain significant amounts of vitamins and antioxidants that they preserve thanks to freeze-drying.

Dried fruits of the gods are orange-red and have a wrinkled surface.

The original extension of the sacristy is the region of Southeastern Europe, Asia Minor and China.

At the turn of the millennium, the goddess appeared on the market in Europe and North America and since then its popularity has increased. Dried fruits are an integral part of the healthy diet and dietary supplements in the Czech Republic. Some other countries also offer juices that contain juice from the gods.

The main active ingredient in the wolfberry fruit includes polysaccharides and carotenoids, flavonoids are also free amino acids, vitamins, fatty acids, steroids, as well as various other substances. The gods are also rich in minerals.

The wolfberry fruit contained vitamin B2 (riboflavin), B1 (thiamine) and vitamin C. The vitamin C content in the dry fruit is about 42-49 mg per 100 g and is comparable to the amount contained in citrus fruits.

Goji Berry was used to freeze the lyophilization. Fruit pieces are frozen first. Thereafter, the fruit is placed in the dryer. From the consistency of ice, the water passes directly into the water vapor phase and the dried fruits retain their original shape, taste, smell and up to 90% of their nutritional value.

Goji are not covered or flavored. You can consume them directly, but they are also excellent in yogurts, pastries, breakfast cereals, cereals or teas and cocktails. Bakeries and pastry chefs appreciate the opportunity to add goji pastries, desserts or homemade biscuits.
