USE: Wolfberry Goji packaged JUMBO - 250 g
Goji, like raisins, can be eaten directly in dried form, but you can also add it to muesli, cereals, yogurt, rice, cakes or various fruit cocktails. If you do not like dried fruits, pour 3 teaspoons of goji with 3 liters of hot water, leave it for 3 minutes and then drain. You can use the Wolfberry honey, such as Wolfberry Honey, and you can consume it yourself.
Ideal daily consumption is 10 to 20 g of dried fruit.
