Goji, like raisins, can be eaten directly in dried form, but you can also add it to muesli, cereals, yogurt, rice, cakes or various fruit cocktails. If you do not like dried fruits, pour 3 teaspoons of goji with 3 liters of hot water, leave it for 3 minutes and then drain.
