Guar gum or guar gum (E 412) is a highly viscous guar bean polysaccharide. Guar gum belongs to soluble fiber.

DESCRIPTION: Wolfberry guar Gum 500 g

Guar gum or guar gum as well (E 412) is a polysaccharide that has a high viscosity, which is produced by the guar bean, that is, the seeds of Cyamopsis tetragonoloba-like bean. It is a plant of the legume family, it is a legume that is mainly grown in Central Asia, especially in India and Pakistan.

Guar gum is a soluble fiber that passes through the digestive tract and does not change. Nevertheless, they significantly affect people's health.

To achieve the required viscosity, only a small amount of guar gum (eight times less than corn starch) is sufficient. It is used for thickening in many types of foods (milk and ice, ice or pudding, or in some creams, soups and sauces, baked goods, salads, mustard, mayonnaise, etc.). Guar gum is mixed into frozen creams to increase volume, improve texture and increase heat shock resistance. It also extends the life of baked goods, thickened salad dressings, instant soups and sauces and is used to make films on the surface of meat products.
