Wolfberry Himalayan Salt black is an Indian salt with a sour aroma. Himalayan salt by Wolfberry contains iron and minerals.

DESCRIPTION: Wolfberry Himalayan salt black 700 g

Himalayan black salt by Wolfberry is also called Kala Namak. It is an exotic flavor that is rich in a mixture of minerals with a high iron content and other elements that make the salts dark red and gray.
 
Black salt benefits from the volcanic lakes of Pakistan and India, and its flavor and scent can discourage it, as it reminds the cooked eggs to hard. After heat treatment, it gets an earthy aroma.
 
According to Ayurvedic doctors, Kala Namak is the most beneficial form of salt because, unlike ordinary salt, it does not increase the sodium content in the blood.
 
Black salt is widely used by local residents of India and Pakistan. They use it mainly to prepare meals like chaats, chats, or raitas. Indians give this salt also on the fruit, so you can try a little salt such as banana or apple and you will be pleasantly surprised with an interesting flavor.
 
Chemical analyzes have shown that Kala Namak contains a wide range of minerals and trace elements. Most sodium chloride, magnesium chloride, sodium sulphate, calcium chloride and iron.

It contains neither chemically added iodine nor chloride and the anti-caking mixture.

EFFECTS: Wolfberry Himalayan salt black 700 g

Unfortunately, we can not say more about this product because it would be a health claim that we can not disclose under Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council. We can only publish health claims that have been approved by the European Commission. As an example of an approved health claim, we state the water claim: "It helps maintain normal body and recognition functions, helps maintain normal body temperature regulation." In the case of water, the consumer must at the same time be informed that a daily supply of at least 2 liters of water is required to achieve the stated effect. Let every site visitor draw their own conclusions.
