Wolfberry Strawberries - lyophilized fruit - freeze-dried are crunchy, delicious, full of vitamins and minerals. Strawberries freeze-dried from Wolfberry are tasted as just thrown, thanks to a special drying technique.

DESCRIPTION: Wolfberry Strawberries - lyophilized fruit - freeze-dried 20 g

Strawberries are a rich source of vitamin C. Its content is comparable to citrus fruit. Except for a high proportion of vitamin C, they are also a rich source of vitamin A, B, and E.

Strawberry also contains a lightly digestible fiber that allows easy heat treatment such as marmalade or jam. Mineral substances are mainly potassium, zinc, magnesium, sulfur, calcium in the strawberry.

Fruit pieces are frozen at first. Then the fruit is placed in the oven. From the consistency of ice, the water passes directly into the water vapor phase and the dried fruit retains not only its texture and aroma, but also the necessary vitamins and minerals which are lost in another drying method.

Wolfberry berries are GMO free, which means they do not contain genes from other plant or animal organisms in order to improve some of their properties. Field genes include, for example, genes from bacteria that subsequently increase their resistance, yields, or prolong shelf life.

Unfortunately, we can not say more about this product, as it would be a health claim that we can not publish under Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council. We can only publish health claims that have been approved by the European Commission. As an example of an approved health claim, we state the claim for water: "It contributes to maintaining normal body and recognition functions, helping to maintain normal body temperature regulation." In the case of water, the consumer must at the same time be informed that a daily supply of at least 2 liters of water is required to achieve the stated effect. Let every site visitor draw their own conclusions.

USE: Wolfberry Strawberries - lyophilized fruit - freeze-dried 20 g

Strawberries are not spiced or flavored and can be eaten directly instead of different chips, biscuits and candy, but they are also excellent in yoghurt, pastry, morning cereals, muesli or teas and cocktails. Bakeries and confectioners will appreciate that if dried strawberries soak in water or alcohol, they can then add them to their recipes instead of fresh strawberries.
