Undried Irish moss is made from seaweed, which is fresh and hand-picked. This is a unique product that has a neutral taste and aroma. The main ability of this seaweed is to form gelatin and acts as a natural thickener.
Raw is used as vegan gelatin, which can be added to various recipes: vegetable rolls, cheesecakes, cakes, gummy bears.

DOSAGE:
