It is a highly nutritious seaweed. It belongs to traditional medicine, and also among superfoods. It does not contain any harmful substances or preservatives. Takes care of skin and hair. Used as a thickener.
It contains important minerals (magnesium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, copper, manganese, selenium and iodine), proteins, beta carotene, vitamin B and C. It also contains one of the most important amino acids (taurine)
DOSAGE:
Use of Irish moss 10K: simply pour it into water, cocktails, juices, smoothies, proteins, RAW crackers, teas, iced drinks, appetizers, cheeses, soups, etc.
Dosage: ¼ teaspoons (0.7g) 1-3 times a day
