Aminostar Actions Whey Gainer contains a complex of carbohydrates and amino acids to promote muscle growth. Fast carbohydrates supplement glycogen stocks almost instantly and medium-speed and slow carbohydrates renew energy supplies after physical exercise. The beverage is supplemented with the amino acid spectrum contained in the whey protein. The source of amino acids are proteins that are needed to maintain and grow muscle tissue.
