Amix Calcium + Magnesium & Zinc is a mixture of essential minerals. Calcium contributes to normal energy metabolism, to normal muscle activity and is needed to maintain normal bone and tooth status. Magnesium contributes to reducing fatigue and exhaustion, to normal energy metabolism and to normal muscle function. Zinc contributes to maintaining normal bone, hair, and nail condition. It also helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
Vitamins are substances that are necessary for the metabolism, the functioning of biochemical reactions in the body. Basically, the stronger the metabolism takes place in the body, the greater the need for vitamins in the body.
