Amix Krill Oil contain iil made from krill, which is rich in essential fatty acids, including omega-3 and 6. The oil is very stable, heavy metal free and more efficient in the human body than regular fish oil capsules.
DESCRIPTION: Amix Krill Oil 1000 - 60 capsules
Amix Krill Oil 1000 capsules contain oil that is made from krill. Kril is a type of shrimp, which is a source of food for seals, sharks, whales, penguins and many other marine animals.The oil is therefore very rich in essential fatty acids, including Omega-3 and 6. It is a stable, heavy metal-free oil and is more effective in the human body than conventional fish oil capsules. Omega-3 fatty acids can have a positive effect on the correct functioning of the eyes, the brain and the heart.
An important ally of omega 3 fatty acids are omega 6 fatty acids, which include linoleic acid (LA), gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) and arachidonic acid. They are important for the formation of tissue cells, their growth and division.
Research has shown that omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA have the ability to block muscle fiber degradation. They increase the anabolic response to amino acids. Athletes use omega-3, usually with breakfast, and then after a workout meal. This is because they strongly support anabolism. Omega-3 modifies the muscle cell wall structure into which they are built, whereby amino acids are then directed into cells where they stimulate anabolic processes.
