Amix CreAge is a food supplement containing Creatine HCL. It is more soluble in water than creatine monohydrate, but the effects are the same. It does not cause stomach problems.

DESCRIPTION: Amix CreAge 120 capsules

CreAge contains creatine bonded to HCL group. When eaten in the stomach converted back to active creatine. It is more soluble in water than creatine monohydrate, but the effects are the same.
 
Creatine is a nitrogenous organic acid commonly found in all vertebrates. The highest concentrations are reached within muscle tissue.

Recommended dosage: Take 2-4 capsules daily with a glass of water, preferably 30-45 minutes before training. On days without training, take 2-4 capsules during the day.
