Milk thistle, contained in the product Dědek Kořenář Thistle Porridge OKJ, has been known for many years.
Currently, we use only the fruits - seeds of milk thistle. Previously, the leaves and roots were also used.
Milk thistle contains sugars, fats and proteins, in addition to amino acids, essential oils and magnesium. This complex is otherwise irreplaceable.

USE:
1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon 2-3 times a day with food or in food. For people who have clogged bile ducts recommend 2-3x daily with meals 1/2-1 tablespoon
