Yarrow is an herb that can be more beneficial for women. It increases their premenstrual and menstrual comfort.
It contains herbs that are used for better functioning of the circulatory system and normal functioning of the digestive tract. They can regulate body weight and bloating.
DOSAGE:
Recommended dosage: Mix 1-3 teaspoons in 100-250 ml of warm or lukewarm water or weak tea. We do not recommend using mineral or sparkling water. Serve 3-5 times a day without food. Also suitable for long-term use.
Intended for drinking after dilution. The recommended dilution for a soft drink is 1:80. Sediment of herbal origin is not a defect.
