USE:
The preparation of Dr. Popov's Psyllium fiber is quite simple. Mix 1 - 2 teaspoons (2.5 - 5 g) of fiber in a glass of water (30 ml for every 1 g of psyllium) and drink immediately (the liquid thickens and forms a gel as it stands). Continuously wash down with another cup of liquid (min. 250 ml) - water, herbal tea, fruit juice, etc.
Maximum daily dose of Psyllium Dr. Popova (1 teaspoon = approx. 2.5 g):
- adult - 5 teaspoons
- pregnant women - 1 teaspoon
- nursing mothers - 1.5 teaspoons
- young children from 6 years of age - 1 teaspoon, ensure sufficient dilution
Maximum daily dose is 5 teaspoons. The quantity can be divided into several daily doses, which should be thoroughly drank.
According to recent studies, 12 - 25 g of psyllium fiber can be taken daily. Since this is a fiber that can bloat, a lower dosage is recommended.

The psyllium fiber is a supplement to the diet. Psyllium Dr. Popov is not addictive. It is free of sugars, chemicals and dyes. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage of psyllium fiber. It is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. This product is not intended for children under 6 years of age. Store in a dry place at 5-25 °C. Keep out of the reach of children. Pack of 120 capsules - 104 g. Each capsule contains 750 mg psyllium.
