Energy Buddha essence biorhythmic porridge is formulated according to the principles of traditional Chinese medicine. ✔️ All ingredients have been carefully selected with attention to quality and processing, preserving their pure purity and living essence. The porridge is completely free of chemicals, additives and preservatives. It does not contain gluten, animal milk or sugar.

 

A purely natural, harmonising and biorhythmic porridge based on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine. It respects the key needs and biorhythms of the body - at the right time, it supplies our body with the most gently prepared and harmonized essential ingredients. All ingredients are carefully selected with attention to quality and processing, where their pure purity and living essence have been preserved.

The porridge is completely free of chemicals, additives and preservatives. It does not contain gluten, animal milk or sugar.

Its action contributes to the harmonisation of the lung and colon pathways.
According to TCM, the synergistic composition and effect of the individual ingredients acts as a preventive and therapeutic diet to support the lung and colon qi (immunity). It does not burden the digestive system.

USE:

Pour 60 g of porridge (3-4 tablespoons) into a bowl and cover with 160-180 ml of hot water (90 °C) or (vegetable) milk. Leave to stand under a lid for 2-3 minutes.

Add fruit, nuts, seeds, yoghurt or cottage cheese etc. to taste.
