USE:

The powder is dissolved in about 2 dcl of hot or cold water and drunk with meals, ideally as a warm drink for breakfast between 7 and 9am.

The recommended daily dose is 4 g once a day.

Children aged 3 to 12 years take half the dose.

Can be taken long-term.

Do not exceed the recommended daily use.
