Extrifit Carnigel is a product that brings a well-known and very popular athletes a very popular carnitine burner - a new form of gel. Carnitine is a substance traditionally used in virtually all sports industries to improve the use of fats as an energy source in physical activity and as a pre-training energizer.
DESCRIPTION: Extrifit Carnigel 60 g
Carnitine is a substance used practically in all sports industries to improve the use of fats as an energy source in physical activity. It is used in competitive and conditional bodybuilders and supporters of all fitness categories in the muscle development period but also in a number of other strength-endurance and endurance disciplines such as running, in-line or cycling to improve the long-term use of energy in physical activity from fat stores. Carnitine has also been used for years between the sporting public for weight loss and swimwear.
What are the benefits of the gel form of carnitine?
This form is very practical - take a bag with you to a sports ground, pack it in a training or travel bag and do not need to carry large packs or spraying tablets. You always have one portion of your diet, either for direct consumption or the contents of the bag can easily be diluted in water and drink. Despite their great taste, they contain no sugar or fat, and no artificial coloring! One sachet contains a total of 2,000 mg L-carnitine.

Instructions for preparation and use:
For direct consumption. Possibility of dilution to 100-200 ml of water. Take 30 minutes before training, or Morning, always fasting. Daily dose = 1 sachet.
